Wang Guan is a co-founder of Beijing Haolue Law Firm, a mediator of the Commercial Mediation Committee of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, and a mediator of the Haidian District People’s Court, Beijing. He holds the Securities Practitioner Qualification Certificate.

With over 22 years of experience in the legal field — including 14 years in procuratorial and discipline inspection organs, 2 years as corporate in-house legal counsel, and more than 6 years as a practicing lawyer — Mr. Wang is dedicated to providing practical and effective legal solutions.
