Wang Guan — Managing Partner
Wang Guan is the founding and managing partner of Wang, Wang & Guo International Law Firm. With over 25 years of experience in international corporate law, cross-border investment, and dispute resolution, Mr. Wang is widely recognized as a leading authority on Chinese outbound investment and inbound foreign direct investment. He earned his LL.B. from Peking University School of Law and his LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and is admitted to practice in China and New York.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Wang served as a partner at a Magic Circle law firm in London and later as General Counsel for Asia-Pacific operations of a Fortune 500 multinational. His transactional practice focuses on complex cross-border M&A, joint ventures, project finance, and strategic investments, with particular expertise in the energy, infrastructure, technology, and financial services sectors. Mr. Wang has been consistently recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific, The Legal 500, and Who’s Who Legal as a leading lawyer in corporate/M&A and international trade.
